USER AGREEMENT

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. User — a person using the Platform to search for and purchase products from Sellers.

1.2. Seller — individuals or legal entities who place product information on the Platform and sell such products to Users.

1.3. Platform — the website www.kataloq.app used for placing product information and searching for Sellers.

2. Operator's Status and Role

2.1. The Platform is intended solely for informational and technological purposes, namely to:

• display product information;
• facilitate interaction between Users and Sellers.

2.2. The Operator is not the seller of products, is not a party to sales contracts, and does not participate in settlements between the User and the Seller.

2.3. The sales contract is concluded directly between the User and the Seller.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1. The User has the right to:

• review product information;
• contact Sellers via the Platform functionality;
• purchase goods from Sellers.

3.2. The User undertakes to:

• use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
• not mislead Sellers or the Operator or provide false information;
• not violate third-party rights.

4. Payments for Products

4.1. Payment for products is made directly by the User to the Seller.

4.2. The Operator does not receive or process payments from Users.

4.3. All matters related to payments, refunds, and warranties must be resolved directly with the Seller.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Operator is not responsible for:

• the quality, safety, or compliance of products;
• actions or inaction of Sellers;
• fulfillment of obligations under sales contracts.

5.2. The User bears sole responsibility for decisions related to purchasing products.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

6.2. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

6.3. The Operator does not compensate any losses, including lost profits.

7. Personal Data

7.1. Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

7.2. By using the Platform, the User consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of operating the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All rights to the Platform, its design, and software belong to the Operator.

8.2. The User may not copy or use Platform materials without the Operator's consent.

9. Amendments

9.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally.

9.2. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

10.2. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the location of the Operator.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. Invalidity of certain provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

11.2. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Platform.
